I offer powerful wisdom and intuitive space for exploring the true inner Self, serving to remove any obstacles that stand in the way on the path toward becoming awakened to living an empowered, healing, more peaceful, and multi-dimensional human experience.

As a trained massage therapist and meditation coach, I have been cultivating my practice for over 15 years. My experience comes from my time in Austin, Texas; Kailua, Hawaii; Osaka, Japan; and Ann Arbor, Michigan.

I currently live in southeast Michigan where I spend my time loving and getting to know my ever-changing Self, my precious family, and my devoted clients. I am focused on healing, spiritual growth, learning, creating, and exploring the wilderness of Self-love and human consciousness while being of service to the Good in the world. I am passionate about environmental rights, human rights, women’s empowerment, and children’s growth and development. I feel called to work toward ending unnecessary suffering—most especially the violence toward women, children, and the planet. I have the honor of raising two magical children who teach me on this path every day. I like to play in the abundant nature all around me. You can often find me with my loved ones, in women’s spiritual circles and engagements, in the lake or river, barefoot in the woods, or napping in my hammock. My spiritual books are trusted friends and I can start a fire with leaves and a flame! I know how to make warmth wherever I go and let love lead my open heart to find the way.
